Position Overview

PRN, Part‑time, and Full‑time Physical Therapist (PT) position located in Espanola, NM. Mixed caseload (ortho, neuro, pediatrics). Pediatric experience is a plus. AI‑assisted documentation in all clinics. Cutting‑edge equipment: VALD force plates, VALD strength and ROM testing, Neubie electrical stimulation. Evidence‑based clinical programs. Pay‑for‑performance bonus plan with cash incentives tied to clinical results. $39‑45/hour for full‑time (depending on experience). Flexible $8,000 career bonus (sign‑on, student loan repayment, or combination).

Potential higher variable hourly rates for PRN and part‑time.

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and staff
• Present in‑services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in general operation of the department

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
