Overview
Presbyterian is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supervisor - Sterile Processing to join our leadership team!
The person in this position will supervise the daily activities of the Sterile Processing Department.
Implements and monitors ongoing quality improvement indicators
. Assures ongoing educational activities and competencies of departmental staff.
Daily budget oversight for labor and supplies

- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Associate Degree in Business, Healthcare or related applicable field of study preferred. 3 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
- National certification in sterile processing required.
- Sterile Processing Leadership Certification (Certified Sterile Processing Management (CSPM) preferred.
- One to three years practical experience in sterile processing techniques required.
- One to two years supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid New Mexico drivers license.
