We are looking for a  “Contract Assistant Specialist”   following qualifications;

At least 2-years working experience.
Good knowledge of German Market & Competitiours
Good level of English, Good knowledge of MS Office,
Located in Tenerife
Good communication skills, able to explain complex situations in a simple way,
Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow up skills,
Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines,
Result oriented, good team player, well-disciplined and well organized

Job Description:

Travel agency or hotel experience booking, contracting, reservation process or pricing,
Contacting hotels to prepare special campaigns for our clients, Last minute offers, Flash sales and our own campaigns.
Ensure that contract updates made correctly (SPO, EB, Stop Sales etc.), assisting reservation Department.
Ensure that analyse market trends and identify new streams of business,
Experienced follow up of the performance of the contract, allocations, special offers request, price comparisons,
Manage and analyze occupancy and availability at destination.
