Property Manager Assistant

Location: Ciutadella

We are looking for a  Property Manager Assistant  to join our team in Menorca for the summer season (May to October). This role will support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of two apartment buildings located next to each other, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Main Responsibilities

Welcome guests and manage  check-ins  and guest reception.
Provide  guest support during their stay , assisting with questions or resolving any issues that may arise.
Coordinate with  local suppliers and service providers  to address maintenance or operational matters.
Organize and coordinate the  cleaning team , ensuring apartments are ready for guest arrivals.
Set and communicate  cleaning priorities  based on scheduled check-ins and check-outs.
Assist the Property Manager with the  daily operational management  of the properties.
Profile

Highly organized and  solution-oriented .
Strong  customer service mindset  and communication skills.
Ability to  coordinate teams and manage multiple tasks  in a dynamic environment.
Fluent Spanish and English  (additional languages are a plus).
Available to work  May through October  in Menorca.
Based in Menorca or willing to relocate for the season.
