Your main purpose

Define and implement the brand vision and strategic direction for Sports & Wellness across all resorts.

Design and oversee signature sports, fitness, and wellbeing programs that enhance guest experience and brand value.

Provide operational leadership to resort-based Sports & Wellness teams, ensuring safety, quality, and consistency.

Develop and maintain brand standards, SOPs, and performance evaluation systems.

Build high-performance teams through leadership development and training initiatives.

Establish partnerships with premium wellness and sports brands to enrich the guest experience.

Lead quality assurance programs and operational visits to monitor consistency and innovation.

Lead openings, rebrandings, and transitions, ensuring full operational readiness.

What will you bring?

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Sports, Recreation, or Wellness management within premium resorts.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Recreation, or a related field.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, KPI tracking systems, and fitness/sports scheduling software.

Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.

Strategic thinker with organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
