We are looking for a Footwear Innovation Developer to be responsible for coordinating all phases of development, from concept to production sample, collaborating closely with the company's internal resources. Your mission will be to ensure and improve, if possible, the production process in compliance with the company's product criteria and the requirements for compliance with high standards of production quality and time.

Transform creative and sustainable ideas into tangible realities that set new trends in the footwear industry; collaborate with design and innovation to take the product offering to new heights through sustainable development.

Responsibilities of the Position
- Participate in the development and execution of innovative products throughout all creation phases until the project is handed over to the seasonal team, meeting industry standards.
- Execute or create physical prototypes using workshop tools.
- Act as main liaison between Camper designers, technicians, material developers, cost team, production and factories.
- Work closely with the designer throughout the entire process to create products that are aligned with product briefings and collection objectives.
- Generate a technical development package to communicate the planned construction and aesthetic details to factories in Europe and Asia that work with Camper.
- Work with the materials team and suppliers to select the appropriate materials for each project and investigate possible innovations.
- Meet with the development calendar.
- Coordinate fitting and wearing tests at the different stages of prototyping.
- Confirm final production samples and assist with production quality issues when necessary.
- Identify manufacturing solutions that ensure technical feasibility and product scalability.
- Stay well informed and up to date with emerging technologies, market trends, material innovations.

Requirements for the position
- Education in product engineering, industrial design or ideally in footwear manufacturing.
-Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Excel; knowledge of engineering software and 3D tools is advantageous.
-Passion for footwear, design and innovation.
- Willingness to innovate, taking controlled risks and openness to change.
- Ability to learn constructively from mistakes in an environment of constant change.

- Languages:

English and Spanish; any other language is a plus.
