Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician, part of the Patrol division delivering expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.

• Deliver quick, confident roadside solutions, from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault‑finding.
• Start and finish the day at home on a demand‑led shift averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.
• Provide outstanding member service, remaining calm under pressure and confident in technical skills.

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer‑focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.

• Base pay £40,000 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance) with realistic OTE £60,000; top performers earn significantly more via bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.
