We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help source top-tier talent and develop client relationships at tech start-ups, software houses and financial organisations across the UK.

• Base Salary up to £35k + Uncapped Commission
• Up to £12k in personal incentives

• You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles across the UK
• You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
• You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
• You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service

• You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sectors)
• You have a competitive and determined mindset
• You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
• You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
