• Greeting and directing all visitors, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handling resident requests and queries efficiently.
• Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors while providing high‑quality service.
• Completing administrative duties as required.

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high‑quality service to residents.

• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Have previous experience in a customer service position.

• A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• Commitment to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and the Disclosure and Barring Service check.
