Academy Trust Member

Esher Sixth Form College is seeking candidates for the role of Academy Trust Member. These are voluntary positions. The College would particularly welcome candidates with experience of education, holding to account or governance.

The Members of the Academy Trust are the guardians of the governance of the Trust and are responsible for oversight of the Board of Trustees to ensure that the Trust is acting within its objectives. Through its oversight role, it ensures robust accountability and assurance of the College’s educational and financial performance. It also supports the Trustees in ensuring continuous improvement of the College for the benefit of our students.

We particularly welcome applications from women and minority ethnic backgrounds, who are currently underrepresented on our board. All appointments will be made on merit.
