Be the Driving Force Behind Esher's Future

The newly established Esher Business Improvement District (BID) is seeking a new BID manager to launch and lead this exciting new initiative.

Backed by local businesses and set to deliver over £700,000 of investment into Esher over the next five years, the BID will play a pivotal role in shaping the town's future - and we're looking for someone who's ready to make a real impact.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused position - perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for our high streets, and a track record of turning ideas into action. You'll be the public face of the BID, develop high‑profile events and marketing campaigns, and work closely with local businesses to ensure Esher continues to thrive.

What You'll Bring

As the Esher BID manager, you'll need to be:

  • A confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
  • Experienced in working across both private and public sectors
  • Full of ideas, energy, and drive to deliver meaningful change
  • Comfortable leading projects and building strong local partnerships

You'll be supported by a dedicated BID Board made up of local business leaders who are passionate about Esher's success.
