• Advising and partnering with senior heads to deeply assess intricate organisational challenges, providing commercial and strategic talent guidance that drives business impact.
• Proactively anticipate evolving customer needs, shaping high-level discussions and co-creating innovative, commercially robust solutions.
• Leverage your expertise and broad consulting experience to deliver high-impact solutions on technical customer engagements, ensuring tangible business results.
• Role-model consulting excellence and executive presence in customer relationships and solution delivery, mentoring and guiding emerging consultants.
• Partner with internal teams (e.g., Science, Specialists, and Solution Leads) to share customer feedback and influence solution design.
• Champion best-practice consulting delivery, contributing to the ongoing improvement of frameworks, commercial offerings, and methodologies.
• Partner with Sales and account teams, articulating value and commercial impact for customers and ensuring our offerings are fit-for-purpose.

• Significant experience in business consulting or strategic advisory roles, ideally within talent, organisational effectiveness, or adjacent sectors.
• Background in IO Psychology or organisational psychology, with the knowledge of how to translate scientific insight into actionable business solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of how to assess intricate business scenarios, generate commercial insights, and consult at the executive level.
• Exceptional stakeholder management experience, influencing and testing senior heads to drive organisational transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact results within client-facing environments.
