As Dispatcher For Mauzy Cooling Heating Plumbing & Electrical you are responsible for coordinating and efficiently scheduling our technicians and installers to job sites. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication & multitasking skills and a proven track record in dispatching.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatching service technicians to work sites.
• Scheduling and processing appointments
• Contacting customers to confirm appointments.
• Coordinate the transportation movement of technicians.
• Maintain efficient driving schedules.
• Must maintain a matrix with the technicians’ routes and start locations.
• Forecast a workload for 2-3 days in advance.
• Respond to inquiries from clients related to jobs performed by technicians.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of dispatching experience
• Service Titan Experience is a plus
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of the service area and routes
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as necessary.

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $18-$24/hr the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
