We are looking for quality, mature people who are patient, understanding and excited to help others obtain a driver's license. Being a good driver is also important, but this is a teaching job. You must be able to effectively communicate with teens and others one‑to‑one. Teaching experience or experience working with teens is a plus but not required. A professional presence is a must!

• Minimum of 21 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class C California Driver's License in good standing
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Pass a national fingerprint background check
• Physically able to safely operate a motor vehicle and train others
• Pass an examination by the DMV to obtain a Driving Instructor's License
• Complete 60 hours of training (at no cost; schedule is flexible)
