As Dispatcher for Mauzy Cooling Heating Plumbing & Electrical you are responsible for coordinating and efficiently scheduling our technicians and installers to job sites. • Dispatching service technicians to work sites.
• Scheduling and processing appointments.
• Contacting customers to confirm appointments.
• Coordinate the transportation movement of technicians.
• Maintain efficient driving schedules.
• Must maintain a matrix with the technicians’ routes and start locations.
• Forecast a workload for 2-3 days in advance.
• Respond to inquiries from clients related to jobs performed by technicians.

• 4+ years of dispatching experience.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Strong decision‑making abilities.
• Multitasking and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of the service area and routes.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as necessary.

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $18‑$24/hr the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. • Stand/Sit:
  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (stairs/ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
