. You love taking on difficult physical and mental challenges and you do not get flustered easily. If there is a problem on a job site your first instinct is to find a solution and make it right.

• Already know the basics of how to measure, cut, drill, nail and assemble materials to job specifications and safety best practices when working on construction job sites
• Proficiently install shelving and shoot doors, basic hardware like door knobs, bath hardware as directed using standard finish carpentry tools and equipment to a high-quality under a journeyman's supervision
• Learn the "Taylor way" of installation and based on general instructions, plans and lays out complete projects for single-family homes
