• Install underground plumbing systems for residential buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and sewer lines
• Repair and maintain underground plumbing fixtures such as back‑flow prev enters and sewer clean‑outs
• Interpret blueprints to determine the layout and placement of plumbing systems
• Conduct pressure tests and examine the functionality of underground systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with underground leaks, clogs, and other drainage problems
• Lay underground pipes according to specifications and codes

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential installation
• Strong knowledge of underground plumbing systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

• Stand/sit:
  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb stairs/ladders, perform repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
