Security Officer - Medical Center Entry Screener

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at a healthcare location following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Perform entry screening duties such as greeting and directing patients, visitors, and staff; verifying access credentials; and completing designated screening steps per site policy;
Monitor entrances and screening areas, help identify prohibited items or concerning behavior, and report observations according to post orders and escalation guidelines;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed;
Complete required logs and reports, communicate clearly with clinical and administrative staff, and support an orderly flow through screening checkpoints
