Job Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented Inside Sales Administrator to join a client’s team in California. The role is crucial in supporting the sales team with software management, reporting, order processing, customer service, and general sales operations tasks. The position requires strong communication, organization, and data accuracy skills, as it is customer‑facing.

• Manage sales software platforms and CRM data to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Pull and distribute sales reports, metrics, and dashboards as needed.
• Support sales reps with administrative tasks, quote preparation, and documentation.
• Process purchase orders and handle order entry from start to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Provide professional customer service and act as a customer‑facing contact.
• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide order updates.
• Maintain high standards of data entry accuracy across all systems.
• Identify process improvements to streamline sales operations.
