• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• Associate’s degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).

• Enjoys meeting and interacting with new people.

• Warm and fun-loving personality.
• Ability to remain calm under challenging circumstances.

• Active retail store environment requiring sitting, standing, and moving around during shifts.
• Locations include indoor/outdoor malls, strip centers, and other retail settings.
• Lifting over 25 pounds.

Your performance will be evaluated based on achieving departmental and corporate goals, including decision-making, creating an Experience First culture, goal achievement, operational standards, and stakeholder feedback.
