Assistant General Manager at LUV Car Wash

LUV Car Wash, founded in September 2021, has grown to over 70 locations across six states. We seek an ASM to help continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the car wash.
• Lead and supervise all staff, managing shifts and breaks.
• Direct cars into wash tunnels and conduct visual inspections before wash.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor inventory and assist with orders.
• Enforce safety protocols and SOPs.
• Handle customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating the team.
• Manage cash procedures, daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Perform related duties as needed.

• Occasional prolonged walking/standing.
• Ability to lift minimum 30 lbs.
• Work in wet environment, extreme weather, wearing PPE.
• Move equipment and tools as required.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of car wash experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Passionate about customer service and team connection.
• Moderate proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.
