Overview

At Redwood Terrace in Escondido, Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

• Full-Time
• Available shifts: PM Shift 3 PM- 11 PM
• Rotating schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off

• Pay range for Skilled Nursing: $20.50-$27.00/hr (pay ranges vary by department for Assisted Living or Memory Care)
• PM, NOC, and weekend shift differentials
• Additional shifts have differential

• 20 days PTO + 7 company holidays

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
