Redwood Terrace in Escondido, CA, one of 13 Human Good communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home 2024" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Current or prior ADON or RN management experience is highly desirable.

Full-time PM Positions with Benefits – 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM – $45.00-$51.00/hr (DOE).

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care.
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

• Current RN license in the state for which you are applying.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current/prior nursing experience in skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute senior care preferred.
• Current/prior ADON, Charge Nurse or Nursing supervisory experience is highly desirable.
