Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient care services at Escondido Family Medicine. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality nursing care, collaborating with healthcare providers, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies during the assignment period.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a family medicine/clinical setting
- Assess patient conditions and document findings accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Heart Association)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
