PRN Pre OP/PACU RN
USPI Advanced Center of North County in Escondido, CA is hiring a PRN Pre‑OP/PACU RN. The RN Pre‑OP/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient‑family centered perioperative care for all patient populations. The RN Pre‑OP/PACU supports the organization mission, vision, and values and reports to the Manager of Peri‑Operative Services.

- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and teaching skills
- Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics
- Understanding of aseptic technique and principles of performance improvement
- Team‑oriented and patient‑focused
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Adaptability to change and creative innovation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
- Experience working in an ASC is a plus
$50.00 – $62.00/hour
