Base pay range

$16.50/hr - $18.98/hr

• Housekeeping responsibilities:
  Provide general housekeeping for the Community and resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and apartments.
• Clean and maintain resident apartments: defrost refrigerators (as needed), clean and check heat system filters, change beds and linens, ensure adequate linen supplies, turn mattresses (with assistance), and empty waste baskets.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments as needed, focusing on entry areas, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
• Launder all linens in the provided laundry facilities.
• Follow Company sanitation and safety procedures.
• Server responsibilities:
  Greet residents and guests, take orders, serve meals and desserts, assist with tray delivery if needed, and reset tables following proper sanitizing procedures.
• Complete side work: replenish condiments, clean equipment, and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Effective communication in English with employees and residents
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Basic computer skills
