Paralegal - Personal Injury & Civil Litigation

Escondido | Full-Time | $80,000-$100,000 Salary

We are a full-service law firm located in North County San Diego, with a strong focus on plaintiff-side personal injury and employment law. Our practice also includes representation of real estate and business clients, offering exposure to a broad range of civil litigation matters.

• Conduct intake and pre-intake evaluations for new matters
• Manage, organize, and maintain case files and documents
• Communicate with insurance carriers, clients, and medical providers
• Gather and organize medical records and supporting documentation
• Draft initial demand letters and assist with case preparation
• Provide ongoing litigation and pre-litigation support as cases progress

• Mid- to senior-level paralegal experience preferred
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting both pre-litigation and litigation matters
  
  Trainable candidates will be considered (Temp-to-Hire option available)
  Bilingual candidates a strong plus (Spanish and/or Vietnamese)
  Organized, reliable, and comfortable supporting a high-volume practice Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $80,000-$100,000 Salary (commensurate with experience)
