Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support on cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations Lead cyber incident investigations and support preparedness and response efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver legal guidance and training on privacy and cybersecurity issues
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in privacy, cybersecurity, or data protection legal practice
Experience with HIPAA security rule Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state privacy/security frameworks Proven ability to lead cyber investigations and breaches Experience working effectively in a large, matrixed organization
