NICU Registered Nurse – Travel Assignment

Location: Escondido, CA
Pay: $2,278/week
Shift: Night Shift, 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

The NICU RN will provide specialized care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to respond to neonatal emergencies, and flexibility to float within the NICU network.

• Provide care to neonates 28 weeks and up
• Perform immediate assessment, resuscitation, and stabilization
• Manage ventilated patients and advanced respiratory support
• Administer medications and blood products
• Care for UAC, UVC, PICC lines, and chest tubes
• Support family-centered care and patient education
• Float to main NICU and satellite NICUs as needed (mileage reimbursed)

• Active California RN license (or ETA to post)
• Minimum 3 years NICU experience (Level III or higher)
• BLS and NRP required (PALS preferred)
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience with ventilators strongly preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
