Clinical RN II - Med Surg with Tele with $30K Hiring Incentive at Palomar Health.

Location:

Escondido, California. Requisition .

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group within Med Surg with Tele.
• Manage day-to-day clinical activities and supervise related nursing and ancillary personnel.
• Coordinate plan of care with the patient, family and interdisciplinary team.
• Adhere to the California Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, ANA standards.
• Observe and direct patient lifts and mobilization; participate in patient handling as needed.
• Follow Palomar Health rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws and standards; contribute to mission and quality commitment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum Education:
  
  As required by certification/licensure
• Preferred Education:
  
  Bachelor s Degree
• Minimum Experience:
  
  1 year of directly related RN experience in area of specialty
• Preferred Experience:
  
  2+ years of directly related RN experience in area of specialty
• Required Certification:
  American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider
• Required License:
  Current CA RN License
• Note:
