Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Escondido, CA

Why This Role Stands Out- No Insurance Billing– 100% funded by the Regional Center.
- Unique Population– Work with dually diagnosed individuals (ages 12–17 or 18+) with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions (e.g., autism, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety).
- Small Caseload– One residential home per BCBA, allowing for deep, meaningful clinical work.
- No Travel Required– All services are provided on‑site.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration– Work alongside clinical psychologists, nurses, administrators, and other experienced BCBAs to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Flexible Hours– Primarily 8–5 with some PM/NOC supervision.
- Administrative Support– Scheduling and paperwork handled by our admin team.
- Ongoing Mentorship– Collaborate closely with a local Clinical Director, PhDs, and BCBA‑Ds.
- Provide supervision to RBTs and behavior staff.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
