• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence as outlined in their service plans.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while preserving their dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report any observed or suspected changes in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for staff, residents, and guests in accordance with safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments.

• Experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Effective written and verbal communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 and other communicable disease protocols as required by Oakmont Management Group.
