Job Overview

ABA Behavioral Therapist (Technician) at In STEPPS. Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $26.00/hr doe. Full Time schedule:
Monday–Friday 9am–6pm or Part time schedule:
Monday–Friday 2–7pm. $500 Sign On Bonus for active RBTs. Mileage reimbursement and drive time provided.

The Behavior Technician position at In STEPPS is an opportunity to do meaningful work at a growing company. You will work one-on-one with children with autism in their home, schools, and/or daycares. You will help them develop the life skills necessary to succeed in their communities through our fun and playful intervention model. • Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT strategies.
• Complete data collection and notes as outlined by Supervisors.
• Participate in trainings, evaluations and team meetings.
• Communicate frequently and effectively with team members.
• Bring required materials as needed (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS).
• Follow schedule as determined by administrative staff and supervisors.
• Comply with all reporting requirements of the company in a timely manner (administrative, payroll, billing information, etc.).

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred (majors: Education, Child Development, Psychology or related field).
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver’s license required.
• Clean criminal background check.
• 4–8 months of experience in an ABA position preferred or experience in a similar field.
