We are a patient-focused periodontics practice seeking a dependable and professional Front Office Coordinator to manage scheduling, patient communication, and treatment coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced dental environment and enjoys patient interaction. You will serve as the primary in-office front office lead

• Manage a productive and accurate schedule

• Answer calls, emails, and texts; schedule and confirm appointments.
• Review treatment plans, insurance estimates, and patient portions.
• Support insurance processes as needed.
• Duties may be modified based on practice needs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, patient-focused demeanor.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office.
• Comfortable with technology and office software.
• Typing speed 50+ WPM

• Dental front office experience.
• Knowledge of periodontics and dental implants.
• Dental PPO insurance experience.
• Eaglesoft experience.
• X-ray license.
