Job Summary- Looking for a reliable, friendly and energetic team member to join our patient oriented periodontics practice.
- Explaining treatment and dental benefits to patients.
- Answering calls, emails, texts; scheduling, checking patients in and out.
- Administrative duties such as scanning, importing x-rays, & emailing x-rays.
- Insurance appeals.
Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Quick and willing learner.
- Team player/Adaptable.
- Proficient with computers and technology.
- Ability to multi-task, detail oriented.
- Customer service oriented and takes initiative.
- Typing Speed: 50+ wpm.
Preferred:
- Understanding of periodontics & implants.
- Experience with dental PPO insurance.
- Experience with Eaglesoft.
- X-ray license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Critical thinking.
- Software and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
