This full-time on-site role, based in Escondido, CA, involves working as a Junior Sales and Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will develop relationships with clients, handle customer concerns, and collaborate with the rest of the team to meet organizational goals. This position also involves maintaining accurate records and contributing to a positive customer experience through professional and effective communication.

• Experience in Customer Service/Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience and build strong relationships within the Company and the Customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and the capability to handle customer concerns effectively
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• 2-3 years of related experience preferred
