Cashiers play a crucial role in delivering a seamless guest experience from the moment families walk in. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, is detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced setting.

• Welcome guests and process ticket and product sales
• Guide families through check‑in, waiver, and wristband process
• Support party check‑ins and birthday coordination
• Maintain a clean and presentable front desk area
• Assist in refunds and minor guest service needs

• Friendly, organized, and comfortable with technology
• Previous POS or front desk experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and calm under pressure
• Availability on weekends preferred
