Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Invoice & Contracts Administrator to join their client's team in Escondido, California. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their skills in contract management and invoicing.
Responsibilities- Review and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and organize contract files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies related to invoices or contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to invoicing and contracts.
- Provide support during audits by supplying requested documentation and information.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all invoicing and contract-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to address inquiries or resolve issues.
- Monitor and track contract deadlines and renewals to ensure compliance.
- Previous experience in invoicing or contract administration is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism.
The position requires a full-time commitment, with standard work hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
PayPay will be in the range of $24 - $26 per hour.
