Procurement Planning Support (m/f/d) – Hyundai GLOVIS Europe – Eschborn, Hessen

Join us to support logistics operations in Europe. As part of the Procurement Team, you will work on a sustainable and paperless basis for all activities related to procurement.

This is a varied, hands‑on role focused on keeping things running smoothly, both behind the scenes and out on the ground.

• Support tenders for inbound/outbound logistics and forwarding
• Help set up logistics networks for new business
• Research and assess new trucking and forwarding partners
• Manage and maintain the Global Procurement Management System (GPMS)
• Organize vendor sourcing groups and support supplier evaluations
• Track procurement data and progress across regional subsidiaries
• Ensure accuracy of supplier, tender, pricing, and contract records
• Train and support staff and suppliers in GPMS use
• Align procurement activities with global strategy and policy
• Manage supplier risk and credit rating services
• Monitor and analyze the European logistics market
• Handle procurement issues and risks
• Identify and monitor potential new logistics partners
• Prepare business reports

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics / engineering / administration or similar
• Experience in the logistics sector preferred
• Fluency in spoken Russian and English, German and Korean advantageous
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Willingness to travel within the EU, Kazakhstan and Russia as required by business
