Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent acute care experience and active BLS certification.

• Position is in an acute care setting on the physical therapy unit
• Day shifts with 8-hour shift lengths
• 13-week assignment
• Uses Epic for electronic medical records
• Duties include providing physical therapy interventions and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• 12-hour non-billable orientation included before regular shifts begin
• No COVID vaccine required for this assignment
• Local candidates accepted; those residing within 50 miles will receive local rates
• Negative drug screening for all panels required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• No interview required; profile review only for allied positions

• Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapy experience in acute care
• Active MI PT license required or confirmation that application is in process;
  License required if applicable
• Active BLS certification required at the time of consideration
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration
