Full‑Time Mental Health Counselor

Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties has an opening for a full‑time Mental Health Counselor located at The Center for Youth Health & Wellness on Bay College’s Escanaba campus. The position will work closely with individuals between 10‑21 years of age and their families.

Responsibilities include providing individual and group counseling to children and adolescents, offering consultation and training to the provider team, and delivering direct patient care in behavioral and mental health. The counselor will coordinate behavioral mental health services with the provider team, ensuring the achievement of quality health outcomes.

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work or related human services area
• One year of direct clinical experience, preferably with children/adolescents
• Qualified to receive third‑party insurance payments for mental health services
• Possess a current, valid driver’s license
