OSF Rehabilitation ncis Hospital and Medical Group is a hospital-based department that provides therapy services to inpatients and outpatients. This team includes therapists and assistants who specialize in areas such as aquatic therapy, orthopedics, pediatrics, LSVT Big (Parkinson’s disease) and other neurological diagnoses, vestibular problems, balance, and concussion management. A clinic focused on evidence-based practice, teamwork and collaboration creates a positive environment for both patients and co-workers.

• Competitive Compensation
• Expected pay for this position is $39.13 - $46.03/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:
  
  Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. Those licensed after 2016 must have a Doctoral degree. Those licensed prior to 2016 are grandfathered under prior licensure requirements.
• Licensure/ Certification:
  • Respective state license in Physical Therapy or has graduated successfully from a professional program, is in receipt of Authorization to Test Letter, is scheduled to test within 60 days of eligibility, and has not failed the licensure exam. After passing licensure, state license must be verifiable within one year of hire.
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience as a Physical Therapist
• Licensure/ Certification:
  Valid state driver’s license
• Other Skills/ Knowledge:
  Ability to provide patient care appropriate to the population served; strong written, oral and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members; analytical ability to evaluate patients, establish goals, and document status. Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
