About the Position

Locum Jobs Online  is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Escanaba, Michigan, 49829!

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan beginning Apr 1, 2026. This opportunity includes 24-hour call coverage as well as clinic hours from 8 am to 5 pm, with an estimated 10 shifts per month. The assignment involves comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including surgical services and timely response to calls.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care during clinic and call shifts
  • Deliver surgical services within the OB/GYN specialty
  • Respond to calls within a 30-minute timeframe as required
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Uphold all applicable policies, protocols, and standards of care
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
  • Active Michigan state medical license required
  • DEA and CSR licenses required
  • Certifications in ACLS and BLS required
