Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Production Staff located in Erode. The Production Staff will be responsible for assisting with production activities, including quality control and packing while maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow. Key duties involve monitoring processes and contributing to the smooth running of production operations while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.
Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
Experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet required standards before delivery.
Ability to train and manage team members to maximize operational productivity.
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are an advantage.
