Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Professional Trainer located in Erode. The Professional Trainer will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs to meet the learning objectives of participants. Day-to-day tasks include creating training materials, conducting workshops and interactive sessions, evaluating trainees' progress, and providing performance feedback. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensuring programs are engaging and effective.

Qualifications

Experience in instructional design, facilitation, and conducting training sessions
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in curriculum development and evaluation techniques
Ability to engage and inspire trainees through interactive and motivational strategies
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using digital tools and software for training purposes
Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and customize content delivery accordingly
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
