Inventory & Picking Supervisor - Erlanger, KY

Position Summary

The Picking & Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse picking operations, inventory control, and material movement while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role provides leadership to warehouse personnel, enforces regulatory and safety standards, and collaborates closely with cross‑functional departments to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking Accuracy and Inventory Control
  • Monitor Inventory Levels, Investigate Discrepancies, and Support Picking Activities
  • Promote a Safe Work Environment Through Consistent Enforcement of Safety Standards and Procedures
  • Ensure Regulatory and Procedural Compliance Across All Warehouse Activities
  • Track and Report Operational Metrics Related to Accuracy, Productivity, Inventory, and Safety
Description of Work Performed
  • Ensure a strong attitude of safety consciousness throughout the warehouse, preventing damage to product, equipment, and facility
  • Enforce all safety rules through routine safety observations and corrective actions
  • Assist in the training, coaching, and motivation of personnel to increase effectiveness and performance
  • Provide leadership in problem‑solving, addressing operational challenges promptly and effectively
  • Direct the workforce to achieve maximum efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
  • Apply sound communication and motivational techniques when supervising, counseling, and disciplining employees
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and adherence to standards
  • Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA standards, GMP regulations, Food Safety requirements, C‑TPAT, and all standard operating procedures
  • Ensure all personnel are properly trained in their assigned areas and cross‑trained in related department positions
  • Interface closely with Production and Quality Control to support workflow and resolve issues
  • Coordinate and oversee material movement between Erlanger locations
Knowledge & Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 8+ years’ experience in warehouse environment with previous supervision
  • Proven Leadership and Interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills (database, spreadsheets, processing software) and Math skills
  • Self‑motivated commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to excel within high‑risk and fast‑paced work environment
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at‑will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$58,100.00 - $
