• Drive the design, development, enhancements and sustenance of Warehouse Management System (WMS) software modules in C++/Windows.
• Lead the technical design of software implementations, ensuring scalability, security and maintainability.
• Translate business and operational functional requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Define integration architecture and data flow across enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, WES, WCS, CRM, automation platforms).
• Contribute to reusable solution templates, processes and internal tools that improve implementation efficiency.
• Support migration and re‑engineering of applications.
• Mentor and guide other team members, and demonstrate coding expectations when needed.

• Educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably computer science or electronics engineering.
• 7‑10+ years of experience in software implementation as a technical architect.
• Prior experience with warehouse management system design and development.
• Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics industry; warehouse automation and software systems (WMS, WES, WCS).
• Deep knowledge of warehouse operations: receiving, picking, inventory, labor and shipping workflows.
• 10+ years overall industry experience.
• Hands‑on experience architecting and building enterprise software solutions using C++ on Windows.
• Experience as an architect or senior architect on medium‑to‑large projects.
• Solid grasp of design concepts and software architecture principles (modular design, APIs, data modelling, integration frameworks).
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or SaaS‑based business systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, APIs and common integration technologies (REST, SOAP, message queues).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and system analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience developing user interfaces with React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks; micro‑frontend architecture; cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP); containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

$120,000 to $140,000 a year.

On‑site position located in Erlanger, KY. Must be able to commute using own transportation.

Approximately 5% travel.
