Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Pulse roller is seeking a motivated, articulate, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is responsible for preparing quotes, processing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicating with customers, following up on sales leads, and delegating inquiries or tasks to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide additional information via email and phone.
• Continuously learn technical product specifications and evolving industry trends to provide guidance and solutions for customers.
• Enter and maintain quotes, sales orders and purchase orders in a proficient and accurate manner.
• Expedite and track order shipments with manufacturing, vendors and global partners
• Establish rapport, provide solutions and responses promptly to customers, co-workers and vendors by ensuring timely follow-up on all communications.
• Communicate with vendors for accurate pricing and lead times.
• Efficiently evaluate customer warranty claims and validation in a timely manner to ensure accurate and orderly resolution.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Self motivated and goal oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (In Office)

• Prior experience in Sales or Inside Sales is preferred.
