• Prepare and maintain project budgets and timelines to meet overall project objectives
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawings for various project phases
• Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams
• Review invoices, change orders, and confer with clients on costs and impacts
• Maintain compliance with government laws, regulations, and building codes

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project role
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

• Previous experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Familiarity with tenant improvement construction projects
