Supply Chain Manager

Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a full time position located in Erlanger, KY.

The Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager is responsible for strategic sourcing, procurement, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization. This individual will oversee inventory performance across multiple warehouse locations and ensure compliance with best practices, including FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out). The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-driven, and experienced with Net Suite ERP and logistics coordination.

• Lead sourcing and purchasing strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply continuity
• Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, seasonality, promotions, and growth projections
• Oversee inventory management across multiple warehouse locations nationwide
• Ensure proper inventory rotation practices (FEFO/FIFO) are consistently implemented
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
• Collaborate with various departments, logistics partners, and 3PLs to optimize inbound and outbound freight performance
• Analyze supply chain KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and monitor supplier performance
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing data within Net Suite ERP
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, fi nance, and sales teams to align demand planning with company growth objectives
• Work alongside the Accounting team to ensure accuracy of vendor invoices, freight billing, purchase orders, and shipment documentation, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, demand planning, or supply chain management
• Strong working knowledge of FEFO/FIFO inventory methodologies
• Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouse locations
• Proficiency in Net Suite ERP (inventory and procurement modules preferred)
• Solid understanding of logistics, freight management, and 3PL coordination
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
